Parents
Childbirth Education
Addresses concerns and misconceptions about the birth process and includes a tour of the birth center.
Great Expectations
Focuses on physical and emotional well being during pregnancy.
Refresher Lamaze
Reviews the birth method. Not recommended for first-time parents-to-be.
VBAC Refresher Class
Prepares couples who have previously delivered by Cesarean and are now planning for a vaginal birth.
Twins or More!
Focuses on the challenges and joys of multiple pregnancies and births.
Survival Skills For New Parents
A one-time class taken before baby arrives to prepare for the many new challenges parents encounter and great advice from those who have been there.
Newborn Basics
Covers the many facets of caring for a newborn. (Baby Is Here class is included in fee.)
Breastfeeding
Covers breastfeeding-related issues that expectant moms face. Partners are encouraged to attend.
Beyond Breastfeeding
This one time class is taken AFTER the regular breastfeeding class and builds on what you have learned with baby in attendance.
Yoga Moms
This six week class features safe, efective yoga workout for pregnant women taught by a certified Yoga instructor. Call 1-800-3ADVOCATE (1-800-323-8622) for a special Pampered Pregnancy offer.
For Siblings and Grandparents
Caring Kids Class
Prepares big brothers and sisters for a new babys arrival.
Grandparents Class
Focuses on parenting and other issues faced by expectant grandparents.
After Pregnancy
Baby Is Here
Offers instructions for new moms. Babies need to attend. (No charge if you enroll in Newborn Basics.)
Infant Massage
This is a two class series that is taken after the baby arrives, teaching the art of infant massage and its benefits for bonding, comforting and relaxation.
Infant and Child CPR and Safety
Covers CPR, rescue breathing, choking prevention and safety information. Separate classes deal with infant safety (0 to 1 year) and childrens safety (1 to 8 years).
