Sites of Care

Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center is located at 836 W. Wellington Avenue in Chicago.

From the South, take the Dan Ryan (90/94) to the Stevenson (55) to Lake Shore Drive. Take Lake Shore Drive north and exit at Belmont. Turn left on Halsted to Wellington. Turn right.

From the Southwest, take the Stevenson (55) to Lake Shore Drive. Take Lake Shore Drive north and exit at Belmont. Turn left on Halsted to Wellington. Turn right.

From the West:
Route A—Take the Eisenhower (290) to Congress Parkway to Lake Shore Drive. Take Lake Shore Drive north and exit at Belmont. Turn left on Halsted to Wellington. Turn right.

Route B—Take the Eisenhower (290) to the Kennedy (90/94) north to Wisconsin. Exit at Belmont and go east to Sheffield. Turn right and go to Wellington. Turn left.

From the North/Northwest, take the Edens (94) or the Kennedy (90/94) east. Exit at California. Turn left on Diversey and go east to Sheffield. Turn left onto Sheffield to Wellington. Turn left.

CTA to Illinois Masonic Medical Center
Via "El" Train, take the Brown, Purple or Red line to the Belmont station and walk south on Sheffield Ave. to Wellington (3000 N.). The main hospital entrance is 1/2 block east at 836 W. Wellington.

Via Bus, take the #22 Clark bus to Wellington and walk two blocks west or take the #8 Halsted bus to Wellington and walk a block west.

Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center provides several parking options for our patients and their visitors. Depending on your reason for coming and are of the medical campus you will be visiting, we recommend the following:

Wellington Parking Garage

• Main Hospital, 836 W. Wellington Ave.
• Emergency Department, 836 W. Wellington Ave.
• Creticos Cancer Center, 901 W. Wellington Ave.
• Behavioral Health Services, 938 W. Nelson St.
• Pediatric Development Center, 3040 N Wilton St.

Halsted Parking Garage

• Medical Office Center, 3000 N. Halsted St.
• Outpatient Diagnostic Center, 3000 N. Halsted St.
• Dental Center, 811 W. Wellington Ave.

Vallet
In addition, valet parking is available for main hospital and Emergency Department patients and visitors from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, at the medial center's main entrance at 836 W. Wellington Ave. Proceed up the ramp and an attendant will help you.
