Providers at our immediate care centers in Chicagoland can take X-rays and run lab tests as part of diagnosis and treatment.
Things to know about immediate care
We offer extended hours with most locations opening as early as 7 a.m. and closing at 8 p.m. Hours vary by location. Use our location finder to locate your nearest care facility in Chicagoland.

The wait time is an estimation of when you might be seen. The wait time for urgent care might change if other patients with more severe conditions arrive at the clinic.
At some of our immediate care locations, you have the option to meet with a clinician over video while our in-person care team assists with your exam. Our virtually assisted care visits use safe and secure technology to treat minor illnesses such as sore throat or the flu in a comfortable and private environment.
This innovative care model enables us to assess your ears, nose, throat, heart, lungs and skin using advanced digital equipment that provides a more interactive experience than a traditional visit. During an exam, you can see the same image the clinician sees at the same time the clinician sees it.
Like any other visit with a doctor, virtually assisted care visits are billable to your insurance and subject to any coinsurance, copay or deductible. You’ll receive a statement detailing your financial responsibility. While most insurance plans are accepted, you also have the option to pay out of pocket using cash, credit card or debit card.

COVID testing
We’re offering COVID tests at our convenient walk-in clinics. You can expect to receive your results within 24-48 hours in LiveWell. Find more information about COVID and the vaccine in our Resource Center.
