For more than 20 years Kevin has served in key leadership roles at Advocate, including six years as vice president of system-wide compensation and benefits. He also served as vice president of human resources at Advocate Christ Medical Center and Advocate Children’s Hospital - Oak Lawn.
Brady earned his PhD and master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology from DePaul University, Chicago. He also has a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from Marquette University, Milwaukee.
