Holiday and Patient celebration including birthdays and special events:

Special events are planned throughout the year to celebrate life and bring enjoyment into the hospital setting. Entertainment can be a welcome distraction from the hospitalization. Such programs are held in the playroom and teen lounge to provide an opportunity for fun, food, and socialization for all families members. These events allow food for patients and their families who are in the hospital during a holiday. Other events such as personalize birthdays, personalized graduations, personalized last treatment parties and personalized going home parties are also celebrated in the hospital. Events are typically held in activity room and include party supplies, gifts, and food. All of these items are donated though community involvement!
