The Esophageal Center at Advocate Lutheran General Children's Hospital is the newest addition to the pediatric services available at the hospital. Focused solely on esophageal disorders, the center coordinates the diagnostic and treatment services for infants, children and adolescents providing multidisciplinary care within one location.
With the help of one point person - the Nurse Navigator - the Esophageal Center coordinates the various specialty services required by each patient - making the experience more convenient and streamlined for patients and families.
