 The Children's Health Resource Center at Lutheran General Children's Hospital offers easy to understand health care information for parents, adolescents and children. Through Internet access, software programs, books, media and other resources, we guide families to learn more about their health. We have information for all learning levels. We also provide bicycle helmet fittings and sales and other community outreach programs.
The center is also a valuable resource for physicians and other healthcare professionals to help patients and families understand their health conditions so they can make informed choices and be active partners with their health care team. We serve inpatients, outpatients, community members, physicians and Advocate associates.
