Selected as Part of an Elite Group for the 14th Time
For the 14th time, Advocate Lutheran General Hospital has been named to Truven Health Analytics’ 100 Top Hospitals®. This prestigious recognition highlight’s those leading the way in providing high-quality patient outcomes.
In addition to being named a 100 Top Hospital®, Advocate Lutheran General is also one of 17 hospitals recognized as an Everest Award winner. This award is given to hospitals that have achieved the highest current performance and the fastest long-term improvement over five years.

The 100 Top Hospitals study is an annual study that evaluates hospitals on overall organization performance including patient care, operational efficiency and financial stability. If all hospitals performed at the same level as the 100 Top Hospitals award winners:

In addition to Advocate Lutheran General Hospital, three other Advocate Health Care hospitals were also on the list. These included: Advocate Christ Medical Center, Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital and Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center. Good Samaritan was also named an Everest Award Winner.
