At Advocate Lutheran General Hospital our Sports Medicine team consists of highly skilled and experienced Physical and Occupational Therapists, trained at the Masters and Doctorate levels.  In addition, some have additional specialized certifications, such as Golf Certified Fitness Instructors and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists.

• To meet the individual needs of each athlete our Sports Medicine therapists perform a functional evaluation and work with you to develop a specific treatment plan to help you meet your goals and safely return to your activity
• Customized one-on-one interventions can include manual therapy, functional exercise, and sport specific drills to  improve your ability to return to your sport of choice and to help you reach your goals, and
• Periodic reassessment to ensure that your goals are being met
