The Center for Fetal Care is for women diagnosed with a baby who will require medical intervention either before or after birth. If you have received such a diagnosis, complete the contact form and you will be connected with our Center for Fetal Care team. You may also call us directly at 847.723.7921. A Center for Fetal Care Advanced Practice Nurse will contact you within one business day (weekends and holidays are excluded).
