The Lutheran General Fitness Center, located in the Parkside Center adjacent to the hospital, houses a four-lane, 25-yard swimming pool, an aerobic performance room featuring a variety of state-of-the-art cardiovascular exercise equipment, and a strength enhancement room with a full complement of specialized progressive resistance weight equipment.
