The Advocate Lutheran General Imaging Center, located at 114 Skokie Boulevard in Wilmette, will close effective December 31, 2009. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but look forward to serving your health care needs in the future.
The imaging procedures offered at the Wilmette center are provided at The Center for Advanced Care on Lutheran General Hospital's Park Ridge campus. All imaging exam appointment's can be made through Advocate Lutheran General Hospital Central Scheduling line at 847.723.5050.
Patient imaging studies and records will be available through Lutheran General Hospital's Radiology Film Library which can be reached at 847.723.5016
