Self Breast Exam Education

The Caldwell Breast Center sponsors free quarterly self breast exam classes where women – and men – can learn the proper techniques of self examination of the breast as well as experience first hand what a lump may feel like. All classes are provided by a certified MammaCare self breast exam instructor.

Self Breast Exam Education can also be scheduled for small groups and individual sessions as needed.
