Cardiac Rehabilitation

Cardiac rehabilitation at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital is a comprehensive program consisting of monitored exercise, health education, and counseling. The program helps individuals with heart disease achieve their optimal level of cardiovascular health and fitness.

Location
The Cardiac Rehabilitation Program is located in Suite 160, on the first floor of the Parkside Center, adjacent to Lutheran General Hospital. Parking is available in the parking garage directly across from the Parkside Center, and at other convenient locations on the Lutheran General Hospital campus.

Hours of Operation
Office hours are
8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Session are offered Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
