Advocate Lutheran General Hospital's Vascular Clinic, totally unique in its approach to helping patients with health conditions of the veins and arteries, is the only one of its kind in the north and northwest suburbs. The Vascular Clinic combines state-of-the-art diagnostics with the expertise of vascular surgeons, interventional cardiologists and interventional radiologists. This collaborative, interdisciplinary team partners with patients' primary care physicians to offer the best care, therapeutic options and disease management to improve the quality of life of patients suffering from vascular disease of the brain, aorta, kidneys and legs.

Our team of medical specialists works with patients to assess their current vascular health, provides education and develops individualized treatment plans to prevent further complications, improve patients' conditions and alleviate symptoms. Many types of non-invasive diagnostic testing such as ultrasound are offered at the clinic, through a variety of diagnostic programs including the aneurysm screening program and the pelvic hypertension program.

Vascular Clinic physicians from Lutheran General Hospital diagnos conditions through Computerized Tomography (CT) and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). Treatment for complex conditions requiring surgical intervention are also directed by Vascular Clinic physicians.
