

Couple Communication
This four-week workshop is designed to enhance communication skills and increase satisfaction in intimate relationships. Skills in self-awareness, communication and conflict resolution are described, modeled and coached. Opportunities to choose issues and practice the frameworks and skills occur each session. Offered in fall, winter, spring.

HOLD (Healing Our Lost Dreams)
A support group for persons having experienced pregnancy and infant loss, provides a safe “hold”ing place for parents to share their feelings, be cared for by others who understand what they are going through, move through the first season of grieving, resource each other and gain new perspectives on the value and fragility of life. Held the first and third Tuesdays of each month.

Holistic stress Management
This half-day seminar is designed to assist individuals that have stress-related symptoms such as trouble sleeping, overeating, smoking, headaches, alcohol or drug use, low energy, missed days of work due to illness, or stress related illness such as TMJ, colitis, ulcers and asthma. The seminar teaches stress reduction through physical, psychological, social and spiritual interventions. Participants will learn tools to quiet the mind and techniques to cope with stressful patterns in your life. Offered in fall, winter, spring and summer.

Rebuilding
This seminar for adults provides personal growth and divorce adjustment. Ending a love relationship and working through the accompanying social and emotional adjustments requires time and effort. Participants gain intellectual and emotional understanding of the divorce process and experience personal growth as a result. Offered in fall, winter and summer.

Trim-Life (A Weight Management Group)
This eight-week program is a combination of cognitive-behavioral techniques, hypnosis, psycho-education and therapeutic group support. It is the only weight release program that deals with the emotions connected to compulsive eating and uses the power of your mind to facilitate change. This seminar is designed to assist individuals in changing their habits and trimming themselves for life. Participants learn why diets don't work, tools to change habits and help them take control of their life. Offered in spring, summer, fall and winter.
