Directions to the Libertyville Office
The Libertyville office is located in the facilities of the First Presbyterian Church at the corner of Maple and Douglas Streets, south of the city center in Libertyville. The entrance to the church parking lot is on Douglas Street.

From the north on Milwaukee Road (route 21), take Milwaukee road south through downtown Libertyville to the intersection of route 176. Turn west and travel 2 blocks to Douglas Street. Turn north onto Douglas Street and travel 1 1/2 blocks to The Counseling Center office within the First Presbyterian Church.

From the north on the Tri-State Tollway (I-294), take I-294 to exit for route 137. Exit onto route 137 travel west to Milwaukee Road (route 21). Turn south onto Milwaukee Road and travel south through downtown Libertyville to the intersection of route 176. Turn west and travel 2 blocks to Douglas Street. Turn north onto Douglas Street and travel 1 1/2 blocks to The Counseling Center office within the First Presbyterian Church.

From the south on Milwaukee Road (route 21), take Milwaukee road north to the intersection of route 176. Turn west and travel 2 blocks to Douglas Street. Turn north onto Douglas Street and travel 1 1/2 blocks to The Counseling Center office within the First Presbyterian Church.

From the south on the Tri-State Tollway (I-294), take I-294 to exit for route 176 (Lamb's Farm). Exit onto route 176 travel west into Libertyville. Travel 2 blocks past Milwaukee Road (route 21) to Douglas Street. Turn north onto Douglas Street and travel 1 1/2 blocks to The Counseling Center office within the First Presbyterian Church.

From the east on route 176, travel west into Libertyville. Travel 2 blocks past Milwaukee Road (route 21) to Douglas Street. Turn north onto Douglas Street and travel 1 1/2 blocks to The Counseling Center office within the First Presbyterian Church.

From the west on route 176, travel east on route 176 past Brainerd Street and Libertyville High School Brainerd Building to Douglas Street. Turn north onto Douglas Street and travel 1 1/2 blocks to The Counseling Center office within the First Presbyterian Church.

Parking is available in the First Presbyterian Church parking lot on Douglas Street. From the church parking lot, walk across the street and enter the church by the side door, marked with a sign saying "Church Office." At the far end of that entry hallway, you will see a doorway with a sign for The Counseling Center. Go through that door and up the stairs one level, and you will find The Counseling Center on your right at the top of the stairs.
