At Advocate Lutheran General Hospital and Advocate Children's Hospital - Park Ridge, volunteers are a vital part of the health care team. Each year, over 1000 volunteers contribute over 100,000 hours of service to the hospital. Their selfless dedication of time and talent makes a significant contribution to the quality of care provided to patients and guests alike.
We welcome all volunteers age 16 and older, and we ask for a minimum commitment of four hours per week for six months. In addition, we offer a special summer service program for students.
