Family practice physicians are specially trained to care for the needs of individuals of all ages, from newborns to seniors. In addition to treating common ailments such as colds and the flu and managing chronic conditions such as high blood pressure and diabetes, family practice physicians also can provide prenatal care and deliver babies. Many families enjoy the convenience of scheduling all the family’s appointments in one place, and having one physician who is familiar with the entire family’s medical needs and health history.

Our Staff

When you visit our modern, state-of-the art offices, you can have confidence that our physicians have the latest training in Family Medicine, are knowledgeable in current medical practices and procedures and work together to ensure the highest level of progressive and complete medical care. Our attending doctors are board certified in Family Medicine and have additional certifications in Gynecology, Adolescent Medicine and Geriatrics, as well as other qualifications.

The Family Practice Center - Ravenswood is home to the highly-regarded University of Illinois at Chicago/Illinois Masonic Family Practice Residency Program. The presence of 24 physician trainees and the attending physicians, who hold teaching appointments at the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Medicine, ensures that the care provided will consistently be evidence-based and grounded in the most up-to-date medical knowledge available.
