Harbor Medical Group is a private medical practice specializing in adult internal medicine. Physicians focus on providing personalized, hands-on care and fostering long-term relationships with patients. Harbor’s office is conveniently located in the Loop, next to Marshall Field’s and just a block from Michigan Avenue.

Our Staff
Harbor Medical Group’s three highly experienced physicians are all board certified in internal medicine and on staff at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center. Thomas Carlson, M.D., and Daniel Litoff, M.D., have been working together for more than 20 years. Their strong relationship with each other and their patients creates a friendly, intimate atmosphere, where patients truly feel they get the personal, caring attention they need. The recent addition of longtime colleague Mauricio Consalter, M.D., allows the physicians to continue to meet the needs of busy professionals. Patients also benefit from the expertise gained from the physicians’ academic experience and participation in medical research. All three physicians are on faculty at teaching hospitals in Chicago.

Our Services
Harbor Medical Group offers a range of services to provide comprehensive, convenient health care. Physicians see patients before work and over the lunch hour, and same-day and walk-in appointments are available. The practice also offers electronic prescription refills, to make it easier for patients to get their medication. Services include:

• Management of chronic conditions

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Wednesday and Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
