The Advocate Center for Pediatric Research provides support to pediatric investigators, Advocate staff, and industry sponsors or other agencies interested in conducting pediatric research.

Advocate Children's Hospital - Oak Lawn and Advocate Children's Hospital - Park Ridge provide the Chicagoland community with more than 250 pediatric inpatient beds. Both facilities combined admit more than 14,000 children, and deliver care via outpatient visits numbering over 200,000 per year. Each hospital has more than 175 pediatricians and subspecialists on staff, representing all major medical and surgical subspecialties. The clinical laboratories are full-service providers for the children's hospital and ambulatory clinics, operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please visit our laboratory section for a comprehensive list of services provided.

The pharmacy departments at the Advocate Children's Hospitals provide comprehensive pharmaceutical services including unit dose dispensing, IV admixtures, medication reconciliation and specialized pediatric clinical services.
