Thank you for your interest in our Radiology Residency Training program. Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center accepts three residents per year for its Diagnostic Radiology residency program.  The Department of Radiology participates in the National Residency Matching Program. Applications for residency are only accepted through the Electronic Residency Application Service
All Applications Must Include:
- USMLE scores for Steps 1 and 2.
- Three letters of reference;
- Personal statement;
- Medical school transcripts.
- Curriculum Vitae.
- Recent Photo
We review all applications and invite candidates to interview as the review process proceeds. Candidates will be notified by e-mail if an invitation to interview will be issued. Once you have received an invitation to interview, please respond as promptly as possible.
