 If you receive biopsy results that are positive for breast cancer, a board certified radiologist affiliated with Advocate South Suburban Hospital will meet with you personally to discuss your results. Our nurse navigator will help you through the process of scheduling follow-up appointments, doctor’s visits and treatment options. Offering emotional as well as clinical support, the nurse navigator will remain with you for as long as needed from a few days to a few years.
