Advocate South Suburban Hospital is pleased to announce that Sue Grelak, RN, BSN, MHA, has been named Manager of Quality Improvement.
In her new role, Grelak manages the overall hospital quality process and key clinical indicators. She also facilitates the Management Review Process, overall Health Outcomes, and continual performance improvement. In addition, she will prepare the hospital for the Quality Management piece of accreditation.
Grelak served as Coordinator of Quality Assurance at Advocate South Suburban Hospital since 2011. Her experience also includes 10 years at St. James Hospital in Olympia Fields, where she was a Case Manager and then a Quality Improvement Analyst. In addition, she has held a number of frontline nursing positions throughout her career.
Grelak holds a Master’s degree in Health Service Administration from St. Francis University (Joliet, Ill.), as well as Associate Degree of Nursing and Bachelor of Science in Nursing degrees from Purdue University.
