Patient Conditions: Call the Media Hotline (630) 275-5911 and a public relations associate will be paged.

Media Making a Visit: Should contact Public Relations in advance.

For patient condition reports from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., please leave a message at 630-275-5911. A Public Relations associate will be paged immediately. By using this media line, we can more efficiently and quickly respond to your patient condition requests. All patient condition and media requests after 4 p.m. should be directed to the nursing supervisor as indicated above.

When visiting the hospital to cover an event or occurrence, please park in the main visitor lot. Enter the hospital beneath the green awning and request “Public Relations” at the Information Desk. Information Desk volunteers would be happy to contact us to attend to your projects. If a press conference is being held, request the location of the Oak Rooms and an Information Desk volunteer will assist you.
