Hours of Operation: 8:30 to 5 p.m. weekdays
For patient condition reports during regular office hours call the public relations main office number (847-723-6110). After regular business hours, on weekends and on holidays call the main hospital number (847-723-2210) and have the operator page the nursing supervisor.
Representatives of the news media should alert the Public Relations Office before arriving on campus. Please park in lot D located behind the hospital. Report to the public safety or guest services representative stationed at the Emergency Room entrance and ask that public relations be informed of your arrival. Media representatives will not be allowed to proceed inside the building without a public relations officer present.
