Fitness is the foundation for good health, so our approach is comprehensive and based on proven medical evidence. While working out can help with weight loss, we want to do more than help you look good. Exercise can help lower blood pressure, decrease stress and reduce your risk for chronic diseases like diabetes. The medical model reflects the principles and guidelines of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and reflects everything we do. And because we're part of Advocate Health Care, the largest integrated health care system in the Chicago area, our staff and members have access to a vast network of physicians, other health care providers and expertise.
