- Center Orientation -We show you how to use all of our equipment, to help you feel comfortable working out with us and decrease your risk for injuries.
We work hard to get to know you - your health issues, fitness goals, exercise likes and dislikes and more - so we can offer the information and guidance you need for as long as you're with us. We respect your privacy and are happy if you prefer to work out on your own.
