
Sautèed Turkey in Orange Sauce
When it comes to healthy meats, turkey can be tops. Its lower in fat, calories and cholesterol than many other meats and is an excellent source of protein. Try this easy-to-prepare turkey entree thats full of flavor.

2 tbsp. all purpose flour
1 pound turkey cutlets (turkey breast slices), pounded thin
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/3 cup sliced green onions (white part only)
1 large garlic clove, thinly sliced
3/4 cup fresh orange juice
1 tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1/4 cup sliced green onion tops
salt and pepper

Dredge turkey cutlets in flour, shake off excess, and season with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet on high heat. Add turkey cutlets and cook until lightly browned, about 3 minutes per side. Transfer turkey to a plate.
Reduce the heat under skillet to medium and add the white part of green onions and garlic; cook about 2 minutes.
Add orange juice and soy sauce; bring to a boil and cook until slightly thickened, about 3 minutes.
Stir in sesame oil and season with salt and pepper.
Return turkey to the skillet and simmer just until turkey is heated through, about 2-3 minutes.
Transfer turkey to serving plates, spoon the sauce on top and sprinkle with green onions.
