  • Earning a letter grade of "D" or "F" in a course will necessitate the student being placed on probation.
  • Two (2) consecutive letter grades of D in clinical courses or two (2) concurrent letter grades of D (clinical and didactic) may result in dismissal.
  • Earning a letter grade of "F" in a course will necessitate that the student repeat the course the next time it is offered in the curriculum.

  • Earning a third letter grade of "F", in any course, will necessitate that the student be dismissed from the program.

  • Calculation of Cumulative Grade Point Average

Divide total number of grade points by the total number of course hours

Example:

103 12 3
105 9 3
109/110-I 12 4
  33/10 = 3.3 Cumulative GPA
