Mission Statement

"To provide health career education in radiologic technology. To equip students with the required ethical, technical, behavioral, and expressive skills needed to become responsible radiographers".

Goals

  1. Students will acquire competencies for successful practice.

  2. Students will abide by and practice professional ethics, characteristic of a healthcare practitioner, by providing compassionate care to all patients; and will demonstrate professional growth through participation in life long learning.

  3. Students will have and demonstrate essential skills necessary for successful professional practice: the ability to communicate, think critically, and problem solve.

  4. The program will help to fulfill the communities need for certified radiographers.

  5. Students will demonstrate abilities to embrace the whole person and respond to the emotional, ethical, and spiritual concerns as well as the physical needs of others.
