matters pertaining to admissions and employment and unrelated to performance
requirements.

The Hospital and School does not Shall not discriminate, or
exclude any student from this program or activity on the basis of pregnancy, childbirth, false pregnancy,
termination of pregnancy or recovery there from, unless the student requests
voluntarily to participate in a separate portion of the program or activity of
the recipient.
