Cardiology Fellowship |
Cardiology Fellowship The Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center Cardiology Fellowship is a three-year, ACGME-accredited program that offers flexibility to tailor much of the training to the interests of the fellows. During the first two years, trainees rotate through the cardiac catheterization laboratory, nuclear cardiology, coronary care unit, surgical heart unit/consult service, echocardiography laboratory, electrophysiology service and non-invasive cardiology laboratory. During their third year, fellows concentrate on research projects and may develop additional expertise in the subspecialty areas of electrophysiology, interventional cardiology or echocardiography.
