Resident Quality of Care Issue Identified by Outside Agencies |
| PURPOSE: |

To assure that Program Directors are informed about any quality of care issue involving residents. |
| POLICY: |
|
Residents must notify their program directors of any quality of care notification from outside agencies. |
Procedure
Any resident receiving an inquiry or notification of a quality of care issue by any regulatory or review entity, must inform his/her Program Director and provide a copy of the document received.
The Program Director may use the information provided by the resident under the guidelines of this policy, to institute remedial educational measures if appropriate.
