Research

Located at the Touhy Support Center with branch offices at Advocate Christ Medical Center, Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center and Advocate Lutheran General Hospital, the central Advocate Research Office:

• Promotes and supports the enhancement of Advocate Health Care physician and associate research, education skills and activities to ultimately improve the quality of patient care.
• Promotes and supports the highest quality of scientific and scholarly activity by Advocate Health Care associates through the continual development of scientific and scholarly skills.
• Educates and provides consultation to Advocate Health Care physicians and associates regarding research design, implementation, data analysis and computer support across Advocate sites. These services are provided to physicians and associates throughout the system at no charge.
