Vaccine Information

Why should my baby be immunized?
The best way to protect your baby is by getting his or her "baby shots." Each year, some babies who have not received their "baby shots" become sick and some die. To protect your child, be sure he or she gets the shots on time.

These vaccinations or "shots," given on a set schedule, will protect your baby against 12 dangerous diseases:

English

* Diphtheria/tetanus/pertussis (DTap)
* Hepatitis B (Hep B)
* Haemophilus Influenza type B (Hib)
* Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR)
* Pneumoccocal congugate (PCV)
* Rotavirus (Rota)
* Polio (IPV)
* Varicella (Var)
* Influenza (flu)
* Hepatitis A (Hep A)

Use the Baby Advocate vaccination record to help you keep track of your babies vaccinations.
