 Advocate Health Care offers a wide range of preventative health care services and educational programs including Outpatient Nutrition Services. Our staff of Registered Dietitians (RDs) provide nutrition services including understanding your personal diet plan, menu planning and lifestyle and behavioral changes.
- Is your cholesterol elevated?
- Do you need help managing your diabetes?
- Does your medical condition require that you change your diet?
- Do you need help with weight loss?
- Are you experiencing any of the following: loss of smell, taste, or appetite?
- Is your child or adolescent overweight?
- Are you concerned about your preschooler’s eating habits
If you answer yes to any of the these questions, then you may benefit from Nutrition Counseling with an Advocate Registered Dietitian.

Individual Nutrition Counseling
Individual Nutrition Counseling helps ensure that you receive a customized meal plan based on your specific health condition and preferences. During this session, you will learn how to eat healthier and still enjoy your favorite foods!

Advocate Home Health Services has a Registered Dietitian on staff. If you are a patient receiving Home Health Services and have questions regarding your diet, you may call and speak with the dietitian.
