Insurance/Financial CounselingA Senior Advocate counselor can provide assistance with processing all of your medical paperwork. We are also available to answer your questions about benefits and help you review your options regarding Medicare and supplemental insurances to allow you to make choices that are best for you. Information ReferralA dedicated representative is available to help you access hospital and community resources. Information is available on programs across the United States for those caregivers whose relatives are not living close to them. Call 847.723.7770. |

Adult Day CareA safe, secure setting for older adults who, because of physical or mental disabilities, require supervision during the day. Call 847.723.7770. |

Home Delivered MealsA support service provided to homebound elderly or handicapped who cannot prepare their own meals. Call 847.723.7770. |

Geriatric AssessmentAn assessment performed by professional staff to help determine cognitive and functional abilities. Call 847.723.7700. |

ConsultationA form of short-term crisis intervention consisting of one to three interviews to help families experiencing problems with elderly family. Call 847.723.7770. |

How to Join Senior Advocate
To become a Senior Advocate member, fill out the enrollment form. You may either submit the form online or print and fill out a copy and mail it to the address on the form. For assistance in completing this application, call 1.800.323.8622 Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
