Transportation
Based on availability, transportation to and from Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center for medical appointments can be arranged 48 hours in advance for $5 round trip. Call 773-296-7672 between 7:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend you call early in the day. Service is not available on Saturdays or Sundays.
Patients can pay the driver directly, and they will receive a receipt. Cash and checks are accepted. Service area boundaries are: 3500 South (35th Street), 4800 West (Cicero Avenue), Lake Michigan (East) and 6200 North (Peterson Avenue).
Parking
You are encouraged to park in Illinois Masonic's video-monitored, self-park garages for a discounted rate of $3.
Please have your ticket stamped and validated before returning to the parking garage. This service is available at the hospital's main information desk, from the attendant in the lobby of the medical office center, and in the Wilton building. Upon returning to the parking garage, pay at the automated payment station in the elevator lobby.

As an active member of Senior Advocate Plus, you will receive a 20 percent discount on all hospital services not covered by Medicare at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center. Co-payments, coinsurance and deductible amounts are excluded from the discount.
Financial Counseling
Senior Advocate financial counselors are available to provide resources to assist with Medicare paperwork from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Contact Norma Echevarria-Orta at 773-296-5123. Counselors also are available to answer your questions about hospital bills and insurance benefits.
Appointments take place in a private room in the cashier's office on the main floor of the hospital, located next to patient registration.
Dental Care
You are invited to visit the Advocate Illinois Masonic Dental Center and receive a 25 percent discount on usual and customary out-of-pocket dental services that are not typically covered by Medicare.
The Dental Center is located on the Illinois Masonic campus at 811 West Wellington Avenue, on the southwest corner of Halsted and Wellington, across the street from the medical office center. For your convenience, patients should park in the east parking garage. Please call 773-871-1461 for an appointment.

Learn about being a healthy senior with Senior Advocate magazine! As a member of Senior Advocate Plus, you will receive a free subscription to our colorful health and wellness magazine. Each issue features articles and events of special interest to older adults.
Prescriptions
Membership in the Senior Advocate Plus Program entitles you to discounts on your pharmaceutical prescriptions at Walgreens. Just show your Senior Advocate Plus card when placing your prescription and you'll save up to 30 percent. Discounts may vary by drug and are based on availability.
Cafeteria
Your membership also entitles you to enjoy a 20 percent discount at the Rendezvous Café, located on level G at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, and the Courtyard Café, located on the first floor.
Gift Shop
Stop in and browse through the Illinois Masonic gift shop, and receive a 10 percent discount on your purchases.
