Congestive heart failure care and interventions provided by Trinity Hospital are accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) and follow the guidelines of the American Heart Association and the American College of Cardiology. Our Heart Failure Support Group is part of a JCAHO accredited Advocate Health Care CHF clinical excellence initiative to improve the quality of life for patients diagnosed with CHF through education and emotional, physical and spiritual support.
