Asthma Education Classes

The Advocate Trinity Hospital Asthma Program offers monthly educational classes to teach people techniques for better asthma management. Classes are free, and cover a range of topics related to asthma care, including:

• Peak flow monitoring
• Pulmonary function tests
• Asthma action plans
• Allergies and asthma
• Asthma in pregnancy
• Pneumonia and influenza
• Emergency management
• Environmental triggers
• Upper respiratory infections
