Elective Rotations:
- Elective experiences may be created by resident/program director/learning experience preceptor based on needs/interests
- Oncology
- Pediatric Infectious Diseases and Handshake Stewardship
Qualifications:
- Applicants must be citizens or permanent residents of the United States (no Visas are accepted)
- PharmD Degree from an ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy
- Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency
- Eligible for Illinois licensure
- PGY-2 applicants should submit their application via PhORCAS by January 2nd, 2025
