Simulation lab

Residents refine their diagnostic, procedural, and resuscitation skills through hands-on learning in our state-of-the-art simulation center.

Regularly scheduled simulation sessions are a core part of the curriculum and are led by Dr. Ebrahimi, Director of Simulation, along with a team of dedicated faculty members. These sessions are designed to replicate high-stakes clinical scenarios in a controlled, supportive environment.

Each resident actively participates in these immersive simulations, which are followed by a structured debriefing. During debriefs, residents receive and give feedback not only on clinical decision-making but also on critical teamwork, communication, and leadership skills.

This combination of realistic practice and reflective learning helps residents build confidence, improve performance, and enhance patient safety in real-world situations.
