Advocate Health offers a competitive salary, comprehensive health and dental insurance, professional liability insurance, and other benefits for trainees and their dependents.

Current salaries in 2025-2026 are $79,750 for PGY-4 trainees and $83,750 for PGY-5 trainees.

Education Reimbursement - $3,000

In addition to the above salary, fellows will receive an annual subsidy of $1,000 for meals
