Personal perspectives on teaching

I love interacting with the residents during their outpatient rotations, typically PGY-3 and PGY-4 year. It is important to me that the residents leave our program with not only the confidence of how to start or stop a medication, but also how to deal with difficult patient situations that may arise in the outpatient setting.
