Make a difference at our Adult Down Syndrome Center
DonateDonate to our Adult Down Syndrome Center
Our generous supporters have helped us grow from our humble beginnings in 1992 as a twice-a-month clinic to the nationally recognized center we are today. Philanthropy led to the hiring of our first patient advocate more than a decade ago, to the opening of our new facility in 2012 and to our ability to offer patients numerous groups and activities.
Recently, a close friend and loyal supporter agreed to donate $2.75 million if the center can raise an equal amount in support of the Research and Education Program. This sparked the launch of our $5.5 million fundraising campaign: At the Center of it all.
Funds will help the center expand services and resources and share its findings to support adults with Down syndrome who do not have access to a clinic such as ours. The campaign will support three growth areas – patient care, education and research.
