The Healthy Families Program at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center offers support services to new and expecting parents. The goal of this program is to help strengthen families in Chicago communities by providing them with home visiting support catered to each family’s specific needs.

Healthy Families Program services

  • Long- or short-term support to new parents for up to three years
  • Community-based doula support
  • Free and accessible prenatal class education
  • Postpartum depression treatment
  • Connection with parenting resources in the community
  • Peer groups and community family outings
