Integrative therapies

The Advocate Good Samaritan Health and Wellness Center offers a variety of integrative medicine treatments designed to focus on a person's emotional and physical well-being.

The terms integrative therapy and integrative medicine are used to describe any form of medicine that is outside the mainstream of western medicine or conventional medicine as practiced by most doctors. Integrative therapies exist in all cultures and are practiced to some degree all over the world. There are more than 100 forms of integrative therapies.

Our services include therapies such as acupressure, Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, hot stone therapy, lymphatic drainage, MELT method, Reiki, reflexology, trigger point, and singing bowls.

All staff are highly credentialed, nationally certified or state licensed in their areas of practice. For more information on Advocate Good Samaritan Health and Wellness Center's integrative therapies, contact Evelyn Spencer, Supervisor, Personal Services, at  Evelyn.Spencer@aah.org or 630-275-2281.
